Exercise is a cornerstone of Greenberg Family Chiropractic. Dr. Greenberg has spent the last 20 years developing an exercise system to maximize fitness results as efficiently as possible.
The focus is on strength and cardiovascular conditioning and accelerating rehabilitation from injury. Workouts can be done individually or in groups and are always designed to be fun and constantly varied.
